Looking to practice, any app better than the others that I can use easily on my android phone?

Apparently there is a HOTAC AI app out there. I've not used it, but to my knowledge it's the ONLY app to do as you want here, with some limitations. That said, this looks like iOS but normally there would be something similar available on Android simply because it's so much more open to potential developers.

The HotAC AI app is available on Android as well, overall the Interceptor Aces are pretty decent to fly against.

No, not yet. I was replying to the iOS question. There is a first edition app, Mark 13 , that works on Android.
