It could have been worse... it could have been oathsworn cavalry, spearmen, reanimates and reanimate archers...

As nice as it would be to have the upgrades that come in those packs, I really, really want the command expansions ASAP (says the guy that doesn't even have the core yet *sigh*)

They also announced these expansions earlier than the other 6.

My FLGS says they were told on the retailer day the distributor held that the intent for those four in may, with the rest to follow in June.

with the OP escalation event being a thing they may be wanting to reveal an escalation league that would work around a release in may and a release in june, especially if it is only 2-3 weeks apart, but also the 2 expacs, and 2 cores will give a decent amount of upgrade options for a 200pt army
