Acrylic Movement Templates & Tokens?

By player562030, in Runewars Miniatures Game

Does anyone know of a company that is going to produce acrylic components for this game? I am very interested in acrylic Movement Templates and Runes.

i would be surprised if someone didnt at some point. are those tournament legal? are they for Xwing?

I'm hoping Team Covenant do, their x wing templates and tokens are amazing.

Yes I know! You could order their tokens for Star Wars Destiny before it's release. That's actually why I'm asking. I haven't seen any and just wanted to make sure if someone was making them early I didn't miss out.

That's a good question! I never cared or wondered if they were legal for Xwing because I don't play competitively. I do however want to play RuneWars tournaments so this question needs to be answered before I buy any I guess.

3rd party templates were legal at one point for X-Wing. Not sure if hey still are. At that time, if your opponent questioned their size, both players would just use a single set for the duration of the match. IIRC. They make official acrylics now.

A lot of the tournaments actually reward players with special commemorative templates for XWing and Armada and stuff, along with alternate art cards and tokens and things. I hope we see some of those promos and rewards for our top players if we can get this game bootstrapped to success.

I haven't been able to find anyone online yet. I have ordered some wound counters and shield tokens from broken egg games to represent +1 defense. Tokens, Range and movement templates will be legal like x-wing without a doubt

They are still legal. If someone doesnt like your acrylic stuff, they can insist on sharing a set.
