I may have missed this in the rules. If I did, I apologize.

Decks are normally required to be 30 cards exactly, ignoring certain deckbuilding requirements and other storyline based rewards. Normally, when spending XP, if I buy a card, I remove a card to keep that 30 card balance.

When buying Permanent cards, do I just buy them and NOT remove a card? I replaced cards without thinking and now I'm pretty sure my Skids deck is at only 28/30 cards due to me taking two Permanents.

Thoughts?

Oh... nevermind. Sheesh. I need to read the rules more closely. I DID screw up...

"The deck-size requirement must also be maintained, so that for each (nonpermanent) card purchased and added to a deck, a different card is removed from the deck."

No need to apologize. And yup, permanents do NOT count against deck size.
