I flew Snarc last night on Vassal. I ran into a Kanan/Biggs list. Kanan had Finn and Rey. He was ready to apply massive damage. When I messed around with Kanan/Biggs, I had a hard time keeping them together, so I thought I'd delay the engagement to see if they'd get messed up. My plan worked out ok, I got an engagement with Kanan stressed from a k-turn and Biggs about 1.5 range increments away on the other side of Kanan. I had all my ships lined up on Kanan, and was only in danger of his TLT. I rolled all blanks on every attack and defense roll in the first engagement while my opponent rolled better than average. I had to laugh at my luck. In the next round, Biggs got back into it and two of my ships had to fire on him. I blocked Kanan so he only had his 1 focus from his Rey storage. Again I had some bad luck and managed to do only 2 shields to Kanan. Then Kanan started picking apart my A-Wings. His Biggs also had M9-G8 to modify Kanan's shots: very strong on TLT. In the end, I was outflown after my initial setup which I think was in my favor. So, my lack of player skill and a bit of bad luck made it quite a terrible showing for my first attempt with the list. More practice needed! Also, I hope to fly against opponents who are only slightly better than me rather than a lot better than me.
Snap Juke A-Wings, ARC M9, + ??
I think you'd be better of switching Juke to crack shot, Thane to Braylen, and putting those points into swarm leader for Jess.
In similar lists I'm finding Juke to be below par for its point cost. How often is it getting you damage? More than once per game? If it isn't then I'd argue crack as the superior choice as it affects the As little but makes Jess a powerhouse with swarm leader for 5 dice attacks.
That's a big difference in firepower that will punish anyone who focuses down the Arc.
So how would this list fair against all the high PS alpha scum lists out there? Things like:
Dengar Bossk
Rau boats
Triple scouts
Old Fenaroo

Honestly, probably not well. This list relies on those modified snap shots for damage, and while it's a neat trick, it's not easy to reliably pull off frequently enough. If Fenn Rau wants to get into R1 of an A-Wing in order to do his Fenn thing and delete it, he will take that snap shot, sure, but he probably already has a focus from a buddy with Attanni Mindlink. This is a damage over time list rather than a spike damage list, and I'm afraid it's DoT isn't reliable enough. Fun to fly, for sure - but I think it will take a better pilot than me to make it work (although that's probably not saying much).
I have flown Thane with M9-G8 many times and I think, that he is a lot better than Braylen.
Argument for Braylen over Thane
1 point cheaper
PS 3 as the rest of the list
Braylen can shed stress sometimes
Argument for Thane over Braylen
Thanes ability allways works, Braylens depends on dice.
Thane is not necessary actionsless and can still TL with his extra action if he bumps, Braylen can not.
Thane can get two actions in one turn Braylen can not.
Thanes higher PS can secure a TL in the opening engagement vs. PS 3 or 4 ships.
And most important Thane can TL higher PS ships, that was not in range, when he had his action, with his extra action or move his TL to ships, which has not fired yet.
All this for 1 point is a bargain in my opinion

But at PS4 how effective is this? If you have to wait to be shot at, TLing those ships won't provide the pseudo-defensive boost. Plus the main use for the double-lock is on the snap shot a-wings, something you do on round one and more than likely leave until one dies.
I get it that it is a good value for 1 pt, but I think having all firing at PS3 is a bigger advantage. Also, I have my version with either pattern analyzer on Jess or the EPT-mech and crack shot on Jess (with IA). Both lists come in at 100 with no real points to shed.

It could have been that he focused on Braylen, but she wasn't touched at all. Once the Greens did their snap, re-roll-juke nonsense they became the target. I cleaned the list with only losing one Green.
All that is left IMO is a name. I had an idea, bear with me.
The acrtess who played Jess Pava is also Colleen Wing in Marvel's Iron Fist. So, she was a Hero for Hire (what The Defenders should be called). With his ability to clear extra stress, Braylen is Iron Fist. That leaves the 2 A's. Since they are not gender specific I will call them the married duo of a Luke Cage and Jessica Jones. No Daredevil because that is an EPT on a red interceptor flying along a TIE Punisher.
So there you have it. I call the list Heroes for Hire. What do you call it?
They didn't call it Heroes for Hire because Daredevil and JJ weren't in HfH. However, only JJ didn't appear in the Defenders.
On topic, thanks for giving me a reason to buy the ARC. Never thought I would have to buy one, now my National winnings are going to take a hit.

I think adjusting things to get Swarm Leader on Jess Pava is a pretty smart move, as you said: it's more firepower. However, in my admittedly few flights with this list, Juke has done more for damage than Crack Shot - just about double I'd say, maybe a bit more. Even so, your suggested change might still be worth it because of the much improved damage potential of Jess. It just isn't the same list anymore without all of the pieces: the Snap/Juke A-Wings being buffed by M9-G8 and Weapons Engineer.
A Jess Pava Swarm list might be a better list, though. Drop the ARC altogether for Biggs and leave Snap/Juke on the A-Wings. Jess would have points for Swarm Leader and Pattern Analyzer. The problem is that I just don't want to stop flying the super snap shooters with M9-G8. I keep losing (maybe that's just me), but I get such joy out of those little shots that do so well.
Im not sold on A wings as the crux of any list, so yes I think its better to feature Jess... However, as you mentioned I would agree that a Jess swarm leader list strays from the original feel of this list.
I went on to Vassal last night intending to run my Jess swarm list, but then I saw Rolo finishing a game using Snarc and his opponent wanted another chance against the list, so I agreed. He was running Super Dash with Norra, PTL, Kyle, BB8, Title, Engine Upgrade; i.e., Super Norra. Both ships are super slippery. It started off really well and the Snap Jukers did their magical thing and Norra was taken off the board while I still had everything, although Jess was down to 1 or 2 HP. Dash then proceeded to pick me apart one ship at a time. I think I had the advantage once Norra was gone, but I was outflown. Dash just does a number on me personally. I was glad to see Rolo had success with Snarc, however
