I like your list. The only things I'd change would be a different Astromech for Wedge. Maybe targeting Astromech, or R3-A2?

Also integrated astromech on wedge and Luke. Also maybe Proton torps instead of plasma to be more thematic.

Not 100% thematic but this might be a fun janky casual jousting stress control list. Vander is an expensive stress hog but he can put it out the front and the back. Expertise on Wedge might be better overall but a 4 dice attack from him while Biggs is still kicking sounds pretty sweet.
