Heloooooow Everyone,
And welcome at my second home. Yes, make yourselves comfortable, just help yourselves with beers and snacks, the fridge is not locked (yet). Cerberus doesn't bite and our VIP tonight is Ardus Ix'Erebus who'll tell us his multiple centuries of battles. Popcorn will be available for 2$ at the entrance before the speech begins. Then we'll have a debate with Lord Hawthorne who'll try to convince us to try out his strategies on the battlefield.
Finally we'll enjoy a resurrection show with Ankaur Maro (no but, what is this for a name ? Is this some joke ? I mean, it looks like the name of a no name farmer...tsss) who'll bring back to life someone we all want to see alive today.... I said : .................................................what ? You want the name of the future resurrected ? Oh don't spoil all the show please, we'll keep it secret till the event occurs ^^ .
All right, and more seriously, I'll use this thread for all my questions. Why ? Just to focus myself and not spread out all the questions I ask and answers I get. I'll ask dummy questions so be easy at me and don't throw the dwarves at me. I'll then add your answers to my question in this initial post so I won't have to break my head skimming through hundredth pages
.
So let's begin with something that I don't clearly understand :
About the upgrade cards
Q1 : you attach them to a unit as long as the formation does allow you to add them, right ? (ex : a 4 trays reanimates unit can be attached a musician and/or a standard-bearer upgrade card)
Q2 : The upgrade cards are then attached to the unit (by paying the army points cost ; ex : Shield Wall costs 5 Army points) and they are playable during the whole game as long as the unit in question is alive (that's an evidence but let's be sure), still right ?
Q3 : So (maybe did I ask it earlier), what are the command minis used for ? I mean, yes you need them to be able to play some cards, there's no secret, both the latest news have told it us clearly ("Mistland Saboteur" or "Executioner" can't be attached to a unit that doesn't have the champion's mini). So, there it is ? The command units themselves have no strengths on their own ? They need some "class card" to become useful in a way or another on the battlefield ? (I'm not criticizing, or just a little, I just try to clear my mind)
