Marshal?

Diplomat has a couple three that dovetail well together. I'd aim for Smooth Talker and pick what skill you want to favor. In Diplomat you can go Propagandist, sub Deception for Coercion once an encounter which would allow you to mainly focus on that. Grab Smooth Talker from Quartermaster and rock the house.

Charmer is decent. You want Smooth Talker regardless. Intimidating is good also.

I was even considering enforcer for intimidating

Enforcer and HG in general will leave you a little sparse for Deception. Smuggler gets you both to a certain extent and has some combat depth.
