Nice way to make it personal by having them both be Vic. Could have been a disposable bad guy but it's now a defining moment!!
Plus if I go enforcer ill need those Brazzium knuckles ![]()

uh-oh, security... maybe we could tell them we work for the Hutt, or are bringing something to the Hutt?
Edited by Imperial StormtrooperOr they tried to rob us.
Dude's wanted so we could always just claim the bounty but I don't know how they'd feel hunting without a license...
How do we wanna handle this?
Only it's not an 'official' bounty. If we turn them into security it was a lower payout, remember? And we want to present them to the hutt. I say we go for charm/bribe to encourage security to move along.
Well I think you could play the victim well, convince them it was a scrap that's a personal dispute that's been handled and while it's the weequays' fault we will forgive and forget.
I think just do whatever feels right to your character. Shishi is going to lie through his teeth to save his own bacon.
Well me thinks our sweet innocent mel should talk us out of it over a thuggish ewok taking point.
So, I cut off to give Vic or Melonie a chance to interject, right now from the scene it looks like Shishi and Kara were fighting the inhabitants of the ship.
The roll to deceive the guards will depend on the story fed to them. If you want to charm them, you'll have to give them the truth.
My instinct is to go with deception (just a misunderstanding, nothing serious), but Mel would need a skilled assist from Vic if she's doing the talking.
Or we could try for a charm with a few omissions.
Edited by DunefarbleI'm happy to chose, but I wanted to see if someone else had a strong opinion.
Whatever's the better roll... They did rob in a way, despite you pulling a gun he shot first.

That was the charm I was thinking. Okay, I'll post in IC!
P.s. I like the chemistry between Mel and Vic is allot of fun to play with! It's the noir feeling totally. Tough guy and the beautiful dame that's always underestimated. Great writing!
Ok Mel, roll Charm against 3 difficulty, 1 setback, with two boosts.
Oh we triumph! 2 peas in a triumph pod... Mel and Vic, marks beware!!
Technically, it's a failed roll...but I think I know how it's gonna shake out. One sec.
Ahhhhh I didn't see that... Oh boy, this'll be interesting.
Basically, things shook out for you guys at least in the short term with him not looking too closely at the situation (triumph). The security officer is NOT charmed by Mel (failure), but at least laid out in very clear terms when he would be back to make sure everything was squared away (advantage).
Edited by Benjan MerunaSo we have 24hs to square away our business, Shishi could make a small Droid in that time!
Yes sir!
I vote we stun the weequay, shove 'em in a crate, and walk it over to the hutt's palace.
Shishi may be Cunning enough to realise we should negotiate before revealing we already possess the goods. If the Hutt knows the problem is already dealt with then they are less likely to offer a good deal.
