Only he's next, so won't he just pick it up again?

I say, make him drop his weapon, get in close and reap the benefits of engaged range upgrade and his lack of aim (he'll need to spend a maneuver to pick up the blaster) and let Melonie finish him with a stun shot. ...I promise I won't hit you.
Well I can spend the 3 on disabling a piece of gear... His blaster...

Disabling a weapon is a bit more than I'd want to go for 3 advantage. It's worth noting that if you make him drop it, picking it back up is a maneuver.

I double checked it and 3 is for gear, it takes 2 triumphs to disable a weapon. Sorry, my bad ![]()
That kinda makes way more sense, dang.
Ok so yes I'm going to shoot the gun out of his hand... Make him drop it and then I'm going to move into engaged.
Well, worst case scenario is I take one for the team, you grab my pistol, and finish stunning him. But the odds of him being able to take you out in one shot are loooow.
Ok ill post the ic

I don't think it's clearly defined in the rules so I'll ask your specific preferences here @Benjan Meruna. Does Shishi have to dedicate a Manoeuvre each turn to telling the Droids what to do? Or is that an incidental and they just mostly act at the same time as him? (Probably should have worked this out earlier!)
Im thinking Shishi moves closer and shoots, the Droids move with him (they can't suffer Strain to move further and hit)
Sorry, I missed this!
Designating a Target will take a maneuver. Once designated, the droids will engage the target with whatever they have handy, trying to keep at an optimal range. Once the target is down, they will rejoin Shishi and wait for the next target. I'm assuming their base behavior is essentially set to "follow."
One of the droids, the bad listener, will get 2 setback on his first combat check against any target because "I do what I want!"
I think Shishi should go first, since he is more likely to do damage, unless you want Kara to go first since she is slightly more durable.
Well originally when I made the Droids I was thinking they would be great for the Bodyguard talent... except I realised later they are Minions and can't suffer voluntarily Strain so attacking is their only option. They do have Melee weapons and pistols (although the pistols are in storage). I'll IC in a moment.
So if they hadn't heard all the noise, we could just march their leader out the ramp and tell them to stand down as you come out the shadows... Unless your eager for a show down... Then by all means...
Take that you crooks: 2eA+1eP+1eD 1 success, 2 advantage

so that's 8 Damage and I'll spend the 2 Advantage to disorient them for a round.

I was going to ask which one, but Rip and Tear are the exact same in terms of stats, so I'll just put the damage on Rip. He takes 5 damage, and will add a Setback to his attacks against the droids:
Rip brawl: 1eP+2eA+1eS 2 successes, 1 advantage

Annnnnnd part 2 because I'm a maroon:
Rip brawl pt 2 Brawling Boogaloo: 2eD 1 failure
Total of 1 success, 1 advantage. With the brozium knuckles, he's doing 5 total damage to the droid group and passing a blue to Tear. Nextvroll coming soon.
Tear shoots:
Tear shoots: 1eP+2eA+1eB+1eC 1 success, 4 advantage

He scores!
So, 7 damage done, and he'll spend 3 advantage to crit. I think that is unfortunately enough to finish off the two droids, who have nonetheless bought the ramp group some time. Tear will spend the last advantage to give Rip a blue on his next attack, and with that it is Kara, and then Shishi's turn.
In that case, Kara will move into cover, and shoot at Rip. I'm assuming that weapons are already out, but if not she'll suffer two strain.
R.I.P. Rip: 2eA+1eP+1eC 1 success

So that's 5 damage, ignoring two soak. So 4 damage total?
Correct! So far, Rip has 9 damage total.
Now, as for Big Vic...
Knife fight!: 2eP+1eA+1eB+2eD 2 failures, 1 advantage

WOOSH!
I'll use that advantage to give him a blue...assuming he survives that long! ![]()
Me or mel?
And what's his damage?
@Richardbuxton, quick question: how many droids did you have with you? I thought it was two, but now I'm doubting myself.
Nevermind, I see now. You started with one, then took the other two. I'll edit for clarity.

He was attacking you, but failed so no damage.
No what damage has he taken?
Also, me! I'm gonna spend strain and double aim.
