Can we make it a 5 HWK swarm and give them all dorsal turrets?

Might as well give them all the new TL turret. Or ABTs and cool scummie crew. Poor Quads won't stand a chance.

Well, that was part of the reason I went with Dorsals. Gives the HWKs better teeth, but still kinda underpowered.

HWK is OP, needs a nerf badly!

*sigh* you don't know how much I wish that were true.

Rebel HWK with Synced and Bohdi Rook is unstoppable! Except at range 3. Oops.

I'll have to give it a try. Any particular pilot preference?
One of my favorite lists is still three TIE Advanceds; Vader, Maarek and Juno. Isn't spectacular but sure as heck fun, the other two pilots feel like duds beside Vader... but man is Juno slippery!
But, I also make my Imperials lists to be all of the same ship, whether it be aces or generics. I like uniformity.

My casual cup of tea. Though I flavor mine as Vader, Juno, Alozen
Tier 4 sounds like a great refuge for my three Interceptor lists too.
What's the consensus on the tiers:
Tier 0: Won really prestigious events recently. Examples include Paratanni.
Tier 1: High powered synergy and dangerous (likely unique) mechanic. Examples include K-wing bombers and Kylo RAC
Tier 2: Synergy, action economy and dangerous quirks. They fall short of Tier 1 due to inherrent weaknesses. Examples include Corran lists - massive damage output but a major weakness to stress and PS9 aces.
Tier 3: Synergy and action economy are present, but not optimised. Examples could include Nien Numb with Stay on Target and Targeting Astromech - technically good, but with quite a few flaws.
Tier 4: Lists that either don't have synergy/action economy (Z-95 swarms, for instance) or have Rube-Goldberg synergy, such as Opportunist Keyan + Jan + Wes. Tier 4 is by far the most varied in the game.
Tier 5: Lists that simply don't work at what they're trying to do. An example could be a Quadjumper swarm wthout tractor arrays - inherrently worse than a Bomber swarm...
I'm a tier 2 player by choice, as I can claim the win on account of unexpected creativity in my lists (I brought Unkar+Tractor Array+Ketsu as Scum Biggs and won 4 games because of it at my Regionals). I've flown a couple tier 3 lists in my FLGS' wackier tournaments , and my favourite wacky list of all time included:
Wild Space Fringer(40)
Autoblaster
Outrider
It was absolutely wild - Tournament rules made the single large ship we were allowed extremely valuable, so I blocked with it. Every. Single. Turn...
Not sure I should sign up for this in case it turns out I'm unbeatable

Even with this in mind, I'm still average out to be Tier 4. I build lists to be Tier 3, but then when I play them it's like they are Tier 5.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or tiered (!). My game is my own. I am not a tier, I am a free player.
(Thank you Number 6).
