You can reroll multiple times as long as each reroll effects different dice, you can not reroll the same dice more than once.

Just so nobody reads that and thinks they can reroll Die #1 with Predator and then reroll Die #1 and Die #2 with a Target Lock, because the first time they rerolled these dice: [#1], and the second time they rerolled these dice: [#1,#2], and those are not the same dice....
Any die that has been rerolled cannot be rerolled again.
Generally, when you have Predator and a TL on your target you use Predator to reroll one die if needed. If you're going to reroll multiple dice beyond what Predator allows you could generally just skip using Predator and go right to spending your TL as Predator does nothing to change how many dice TL could roll if used from the start.
Often the only time you'd really consider using a TL after using Predator is if Predator didn't improve your results as you had hoped so now you actually want the remaining dice to give you POORER results so you can be sure to trigger something like Gunner by missing with the attack.
The only limit to how many different reroll abilities you could potentially use is how many dice you have to re-roll as you could only reroll each one one time. Han, Predator, and TL could allow you to use a reroll ability three times but each of them would affect different dice.
Predator lets you re-roll one (or two, depending on the target pilot skill) die but doesn't cost anything other than the card cost.
Target lock lets you re-roll any / all of your dice at the cost of spending your target lock, which you then have to re-establish later.
So if you rolled 3 hits and a blank, use Predator. If you rolled 1 hit and 3 blanks, use your target lock.
Ultimately though, as has already been stated, you cannot combine them by re-rolling one die with Predator and then deciding you don't like the result and re-rolling it again with Target Lock. Once a die has been rolled + re-rolled it cannot be re-rolled a third time. You only get one do-over...
