Marvel Comics - The Last Jedi
My full feelings about your nasty link with pop ups on mobile can't be expressed due to the profanity filter.
Benefit of the doubt says you didn't realise, but others on mobile at least shouldn't bother.
Needz moar Don-Wan Kihotay and Jaxxon.
Rikk, not sure what you are using, but I post via mobile and I don't see a single pop up on mine.
Then again I've been editing and contributing to Wookieepeida even before it was called Wookieepedia.
Back then we called it West End Games .
I heard Batman makes a cameo.
Before clicking it, how detailed a synopsis is it? Does it give a general outline of events or is it pretty spoiler-tastic?

Not, I think, anything like the plot for the new film then!
Well,, you never know. 3PO clearly got his red arm fixed. Luke, his lightsaber returned, is defending a fallen female form. Could it be Rey? Might be.
The last Tagge
My guesstimate is that this is 1980 late-ish. Issue 50 - being 50 months, and before the release of Empire. The comic changed to become Empire branded soon after the release of the second movie (Episode 5 to you youngsters). The Marvel comics ran with Star Wars before the movie was released by a few months - they used the Lucas novel for the basis of the story - from memory.
Those were the days: first the movie... then the comic.

This was actually post-Empire, although not by much. Empire was adapted in issues 39 to 44, and the title was not changed; it remained Star Wars.
I remember being a little ticked off that Jedi was adapted as a limited series outside the regular monthly comic.
Dood there's no guessing, Wookieepedia tells you exactly when it came out and stuffs.
Not as much fun though.
Trying to remember things is what keeps the brain active. And at my age, I need to keep it active, and stretching the old grey matter is the best for that.
Since it's on or near her birthday, I'll quote Doris Day "The worst thing about being middle aged, is that you know you'll grow out of it."
I actually have this issue and I recall when I received in new in the mail and thought, hummm? Maybe this is the next movie?

Actually, there will be a tiny batman cameo in the upcoming Lego SW movie - but that's about the only thing that has been leaked!
