compared to runeobund or descent, are they the same size?

I am guessing they are a bit smaller but i want to make sure.

The heroes are the same.

The units are much scaled down.

The heroes are the same as in Runebound / Descent. I haven't compared them, but I'm pretty sure it's the exact same molds used again.

The rest of the units appear to be roughly the same scale as Axis & Allies infantry units (maybe slightly larger). Again, I haven't compared them side by side but they are about half the size of the hero figures.

wow, that is smaller then i tought they were going to be.

on the bright side, they are bigger then the RISK figurines aren't they!
