Water spray and Nose on Earth level flight.

By Hexdot, in X-Wing

I am writing one scenario depicting ultra low level combat over the sea. I am not sure about how to represent in the game the Hollywood vision of ultrafast and ultralow fighters breaking the tranquility of the sea and splashing behind them. My idea.

No R1 bonus if firing from behind and if you execute a green maneuver but you finish your move (before Action Step) R1 and behind another ship, enemy or friendly, it counts as a white move.

I would like to read your opinions about this.

How many 1 straight templates you got? I'd keep a 1 straight template in rear guides for all ships (dunno bout large base). Use the no R1 bonus from behind and have a penalty for landing on the template itself. Scale penalty by playgroup ruthlessness. Maybe also can't TL if straight line to target goes through template?

No TL idea looks great. I will think about this. I own 8 sets of original cardboard templates, not used.

Thanks a lot
