I want to play as a bothan pilot with an Alpha-Class XG-1 "Star Wing" Assault Gunboat" from fly casual on page 54. I am trying to decide between Rigger, Hotshot, or an Starfighter Ace with the force power to repair ships? I plan to get nightshadow coating and the stealth engines for that ship. I want to be great at combat, repairing, and surviving. The game has been going on for a while and everyone has earned 220 exp in this campaign so far. What do you all suggest?

220 xp still isn't a lot. If you want to be great at something I'd pick one of your three main ideas to start with and then go down your list in priority. If you do all three to begin with you'll be kinda of 'meh' at all three.

I am asking which one I should pick? I can't decide!

If you want to fix and fly then Driver and Starfighter Ace are the best. Personally I would choose Driver but if you want to use the Force then sure, Starfighter is the way to get everything you want.

Definitely do go with Starfighter Ace, if you want to start with a force rating- it does, indeed, meet all the specifications you listed.

What weapon do you suggest for a starfighter ace? I was thinking of between Cortosis Sword and shield, Thermal Axe and Cortosis Shield, or a basic Lightsaber with a Pistol hilt?

Go with the blaster, and work your way to a lightsaber as well; particularly if you're eventually going down the Jedi path.

Do you mean an Ezra style saber, with an actual blaster incorporated into the hilt; or a pistol grip, like those used in modern fencing? That (a fencing saber) would be pretty unique, and might fit an Ace personality.

Honestly you won't need the Brawn 2 as a pilot, Intellect 3 or Presence 3 would be far better:
