Greedo timing rules

By Cpt Barbarossa, in Star Wars: Imperial Assault

Quick question regarding Greedo, perhaps a pointless one but I would like to be 100% sure :

With Slow on the Draw, he is attacked before attacking. If Greedo is killed by the interruption, is his attack cancelled? Logically, I'd say yes, but having read the latest FAQ in which it is specified that :

"A Stunned figure cannot declare an attack, but can resolve an attack that has already been declared if it becomes Stunned during it"

Could it therefore be said, by the same logic, that as long as an attack is declared, it can be performed, no matter what happens during the interruption? Or does being "defeated" cancel everything, apart from the Parting Shot?

Thanks

I think his attack is cancelled, but he still gets parting shot.

Being defeated contains removed from the map, and it aborts any attack. (Parting Shot explicitly happens before being defeated.)

Look for a more detailed treatise from the existing threads.
