No green food. Beer, snacks and popcorns. One of my top 10 80's films.
Fireball, Fireball, Fireball...

Who loves you and who do you love?
Great movie.
GILLIAN!!!
Not new X Wing stuff this week. Belgian beer... and a bowl full of forbiden pleasures. Popcorns over chips.
i forget what year that movie was set in but i remember someone mentioning it when all the hype about back to the future's "future date" was coming up and i laughed my ass off.
One of those obscure gems of a movie. I dont know many people thats seen it, and im probably the worst when it comes to seeing all the good movies out there (still havnt seen avengers2 if that gives you an idea lol). But yeah, great movie. I love the 80s Arnold movies (for the most part).
So you like getting to the Chopper?
And about seeing movies, well there are so many out there, new and old, that I wnat to see but then there is also so much other stuff to do, so like for everyone to much to do and not enough time

tbh i cant even remember which movie that line came from rofl...
Main reason i dont see movies much is i dont like going to theatres alone and i rarely buy movies. In fact i dont really watch TV either, still havnt seen a single episode of any of the current popular series going on or have any urge to.
Im one of those that has to be busy doing something. Watching videos is not doing something to me, and if i multitask i miss important plot points lol. FML right?
Predator 1 if I'm not mistaken. And i understand the notion of not going to the cinema alone, that's why i missed Kubo and the two strings but I will probably buy the Blu Ray. I do watch some crime series on TV but not that regularly.
The Original Sub Zero.

Belgian beer is best beer.
And Running man is awesome.
Also Gilians retort to Ahnuld's most famous one liner:
Arnold: "I'll be back!"
Gillian: "Only ina re run."
"I will live to see you eat that contract .. but I hope you leave enough room for my fist .. because I'm going to ram it into your stomach and break your god-**** spine!"
This quote should have won Pulitzers, Emmys, Tonys, Nobels, Logies, etc ... all of them. It's second only to the Conan's response when asked what is best in life.
OP, I'm curious to know what the other 9 in the top 10 80's films are. I hope Overboard get's a mention.

"I'm warning you, I get sick. Air sick, car sick, I'm going to throw up all over you."
"Go ahead, it won't show on this shirt"
"We should have just gone on vacation"
"I had the shirt for it, you f***ed it up"
The book was better, and let me tell you why.
In the book, the main character is let loose into society with the requirement that he send in video tapes of himself regularly. He has to survive a month without being killed by the authorities. He's never confined in an arena or anything.
I read it twice when I was a teenager. No point comparing them. Arnold's show vs a quite dark and depressing book. And a good one. Like The Long March.

I kinda like the movie better because it's more fleshie and cheezy, like a bad gameshowis suposed to be. The book does have a better ending tough.
"The Long Walk" and "Running man"...two superb books that I read when, perhaps, I was too young. 13 if I am not wrong. One Summer Stephen King style. Long. Hot. Friends to go to the beach, ride our bikes, play Battletech and Runequest. And dream about girls of course.
I found these books quite disturbing. Perhaps enjoyed more "The Long Walk" but I remember them with good karma. Perhaps 20 years later started again this... But the right moment to read it was that long hot summer.
The book is so dark, and the film so... Popcorn Blockbuster... that no point comparing them. But the Hate growing in the main character was quite chilling for a teenager whose worse problem was that a beeeeeeeautiful girl named Monica was very interested in a 15 years old surfer... I am a Surfer Hater.
