We had a real debate last night... if zombies are chasing you in the game and you escape through a trapdoor "in the ceiling", are the zombies able to follow you through it? I felt like these were more like Romero zombies than 28-days later zombies, but this could fall into the realm of things not specified anywhere in the rules, in which case they probably can follow you (even though it defies logic!).

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on this matter

How would an elderly person like Prof. Harvey Walters be able to escape through a trapdoor in the ceiling of a high room?

Obviously this must be one of those trapdoors with collapsible stairs, making them more accessible for impaired persons like zombies...
