Yeah,
This season I will mostly be flying u-wings.
The First List was
+Nothing Compares to U-Wings+
Blue Squadron Pathfinder + Fire-Control System + Pivot Wing (25)
Blue Squadron Pathfinder + Fire-Control System + Pivot Wing (25)
Blue Squadron Pathfinder + Fire-Control System + Pivot Wing (25)

I've so far taken this list to two local tournaments.
Most opponents panic a little when they see the list. ![]()

They did quite well and I'm getting a feel for the U wing.
And they are loads of fun!
I flew them for the first time at a tournament they finished 72nd out of 90 ![]()
However I did learn the dial and how pivot wing works.
And when they worked well they were sharks!
So I flew the same exact list at another smaller tournament and ended up 8/38 ![]()
I think what the list does well is block, take a punch and then hit back.
They are great blockers and can easily tie up large sections of the board.
They can soak up large amounts of fire, especially if I can spread it around.
Pivoting healthy ships to landing mode to lower their agility was often tempting enough to mess with my opponents target priority.
I think at four ships FCS is pretty optimal?
Although I may try switching 1 ship to Anti pursuit lasers and throw that in head first?
I've since then started to look at triple U list building.
This is my first Triple U build.
+Triple Threat!+
Blue Squadron Pathfinder + Fire-Control System + Gunner + Tactician + Pivot Wing + Anti-Pursuit Lasers (34)
Blue Squadron Pathfinder + Fire-Control System + Gunner + Tactician + Pivot Wing + Anti-Pursuit Lasers (34)
Blue Squadron Pathfinder + Fire-Control System + Gunner + Tactician + Pivot Wing (32)
So far i have only flown it in one game, It did really well, but against a new player.
So what do we think?
What would you try and why?
Panic...
