Okay so your ship has an Evade and another token. The enemy rolls and accuracy and uses it to block the other token can you use the Evade to reroll the accuracy so you can use the other token?

Accuracy icons/dice are spent to use their effect, which removes the dice from the pool. Therefore they cannot be evaded as the dice are gone by that point.
