DTT adds a die to the pool, can you use vader to reroll before removing one?

Official ruling or link to full conversation or summery of current "sides" would be greatly appreciated.

There is a discussion. Its not really a discussion.

It basically involves me saying "Upgrade Cards need to be resolved from beginning to end, or you break the game."

The "Evidence" for that is mostly fleeting, other than providing examples in which it does break the game. (You resolve Upgrade Cards, etc)

And then people saying they're going to do what they want anyway.

I presume this is something we should expect in the FAQ? When/if it comes out?
