The Star Jewel is ugly, and don't look like a battleship at all, but I think FFG put Jabba in the C-ROC only because the Minstrel hasn't new-canon... until a few days ago.

Still, there are so many people of Jabba's entourage that could get their cards... I wouldn't mind Jabba receiving a new card (with alternate ability) or even coming duplicated in a Star Jewel ship.

I am going to guess the next scum epic is waaay off, like 2020 or later.

This. We could see another multi crew large base ship with a different Hutt, as well as Jabba as a pilot.

Based on past epics, I wouldn't be surprised to see the second scum epic before the end of the year. Transport and Tantive released in April and May of 2013, Raider and gozanti released in August and December of 2015 (gozanti was announced before the raider released). We could easily see the c-roc this summer and a second epic toward the end of the year.

My thought (and hope) exactly.

Scum and VIllainy is not just smugglers and criminals, but even mercenaries. So a military grade ship would be quite interesting. We already have a half-civilian lightly armed ship in the C-Roc. The C-Roc (or a Rebel Transport) could you always upgrade to a heavily armed Q-ship with more cards, if you want to go that route.

How many meaningful scenarios can you do with a space yacht like the Star Jewel? Escort and Surprised by an attack. But a yacht (esp with a long-living (centuries!) cautionary through proxies acting mob boss on board) would never go voluntarily toe to toe with a real warship like the Tantive or Raider; or try to attack a fortress. Or attack a convoy of transports, because its just too noticeably, recognisable and flashy for that.

A real corvette would offer a lot more scenario wise.
