LCG packs are called 'Dynasty Packs' - Does that indicate a move away from the two deck system?

By jonboyjon1990, in Legend of the Five Rings: The Card Game

As we heard recently at GAMA, the monthly packs of the new L5R LCG will be called 'Dynasty Packs'. I wonder if that's an indication that the new version of the game, will not have the two deck system, of Fate and Dynasty decks.

Why would you name the major product line of the LCG after an important game component - that'd just be needlessly confusing.

Unless the decks themselves have new names of course. But that'd be odd too.

Well, you're right about the potential name confusion. But beyond that, we'll have to wait until they give us more information.

Bingo!

April 19 isn't far away, but the WAIT is real

I doubt it

You doubt what?

- That there's a two deck system?

- That 'Dynasty Packs' are/aren't mutually exclusive to a Dynasty deck being in the game?

- That the dynasty deck has been renamed?
