Yeah, try to catch a PS10 RAC with EU in arc at range 2-3... twice. Kudos if you can do it once. Not to mention RACs these days tend to run Kylo on board, which all but guarantees you won't be able to shoot if he doesn't want you to. Clusters mines are better, but even if you land them perfectly it's still just 4 damage on average, which isn't something a Decimator will be terribly concerned with. On top of that if you need to use adv. SLAM to drop them, you're not regenerating and you'll probably end up in R1 of RAC with a 1 agi ship.

Don't get me wrong, Miranda does have the tools to take out RAC (she has the tools to take out anything). The problem is that RAC has the tools to take her out even faster.
