I was wondering how can a voidship scan a planet. It uses the auger array, but using what rules and sistems? Is that in any book?

Page 216 of the Rogue Trader rulebook - Active Augury - it uses the scrutiny skill plus the ships detection rating to get details on everything in 20VU's of the ship including planets and other celestial bodies.
