As a HUGE Mandalorian fan and someone who cosplays and make the armor and helmets etc, I personally would love to see more Mando fighters in the game. The Protectorate Starfighter made my day when it came out and I fancy myself "Fem" Rau lol. Having been watching Rebels and remembering these from the Clone Wars series, I was wondering if others might like to see a large based Mando shuttle type thing. I'm happy Mandalorian's are staying strong in the new cannon. What do you want to see? Does the Xwing player base as a whole want more Mandalorian fighters?

I think it would be a likely contender for wave 12 scum based on its prominence in Rebels. Seeing Maul as a crew/pilot would be cool.

The thing is freaking HUGE though, larger than the Ghost when you include the big wings. I think that the Ghost already stretches the upper end variability of the large base.

As FFG has continued to incorporate epic rules into the basic game (reinforce, coordinate) it would not surprise me if they eventually came out with something that was on the epic double base but was legal for the 100 point format (which they arguably should have done for the Ghost). The Kom'rik might be a good contender for that.

I would love to see this ship in the game, but it's huge. It has a slim profile, like the Fang, but its longer and wider than even the Ghost. But Gahh, that mini would be pretty.

If we set the wing vertically rather than horizontally - that solves the width problem at least - and the bow would project out from the base at a higher height than almost any other ship - so length wouldn't be much of an issue either.

The hard part would be balancing the thing - with the peg having to go into the lower wing very precisely for it to be comfortably balanced.

I 100% want it, and have for a while. Maul crew, and all, it would be a dream come true.

However, it is almost guaranteed to be an epic ship, due to sheer size. I can't imagine it being anything less, and seeing as how Epic is not a very money-making format, we may not get it soon (or ever).

But we can hope!

Tbh though, even the Ghost is too dang large for nonepic, and this thing is better isnt it? Gozanti as it is isnt much longer than the Ghost.

The Kom'rk Fighter is the ship I want most for Scum, currently. We'd get Maul, Gar Saxon, maybe Bo-Katan. As for its size, that where things would be a bit weird. It's on the cusp of being epic, but Epic ships are scaled differently, so it would go down in size. I honestly think the better part of valor for the Kom'rk is to go ahead and scale down its size for the model and just make it a large base.

On a different note, what do we think it would have and can do?

Fudge the scale. Add it to regular. It doesn't do epic-scale things, so it's fine.

The Rebel Tie Fighter is also Ezra's ship. Doesn't mean Ezra will be a pilot.

Yes! I could live with the wings being slightly scaled down, as long as we get it on the table. Endless possibilities with maul and the other mando's there.

Not sure if it's still canon but the Syck and Kirahz were mandal motors designs in origin, so there sort of mando ships. Also I think mandal motors made Star vipers (not the virago) for a limited production run or something like that.

I don't think the Khiraxz is, but the Starvipers and Scyk are.

I so hope we get it, along with some mando crew. Imagine a gauntlet swooping magestically across the table with an escort of fangs and scyks in matching colours.

Then we just need a crusader for heavy support and a mandolorian fleet will be ready.
