Cyberneticist/gadgeteer/skiptracer gank?

Posibly, Utility Belt is rather important i think. I don't actually know what he is good at though, Penny and Brains are the true power of that trio. He isnt observant, smart or even that good in a fight. Probably good at Charm, but not a leader or Negotiator. He is hard to stop and a distraction from the people actually solving the crime.

Honestly a Performer Cyberneticist Gank would be just as good, focusing on Distracting Behaviour and Coordination Dodge with ALL the cybernetics.
