Can epic ships do Evade actions? I know they can't Focus or even get a free Focus, so I'm thinking no. Otherwise you can Yvanne Isaard and get a free Evade when damaged.

Yes, it is normally that you give the free TL to the Gozanti, but if you really wanted, you can also give out another action with Coordinate from Bat-Wing so the Gozanti can end up with 3 actions a turn!

Unfortunately, this also means that heychadwick's suggestion above won't work, because Coordinate gives out a free action, so a huge ship won't be able to take advantage of the Upsilon's coordinate action.

Indeed. Pretty much the only external "buff" the Goz will receive in that list is a "Aquire Target Lock"
