Promo card Templates

I'm looking to make some custom cards that look like the promo cards. The problem is I can't find the templates. Can anyone help me out?

Do you have access to Photoshop? I frankly think they come out much better that way, tbh.

Were promo templates added to this? Last time I looked they weren't.

I did, but my computer died. I might have the disk to install it on another computer.

Somewhere in the abyss of the internet someone made photoshop templates after wave 3. I have those, plus I've been building onto them. I designed Alt Art templates from the original files, they look almost identical - a few slight differences. I'll post images when I get a chance.
