Now that the rulebooks have been released to the masses, has anyone seen posted what the average point cost of armies are to be? Or were they kept for tournament guidelines?

And is there a link somewhere to all the upgrade cards?

I don't think the official PDFs are available for the rules yet. Someone may have scans from the adepticon copies, but I have yet to see those.

As for upgrade cards, we don't yet have good images of each one, but the placeholder text has been on runewars.wikia.com for a while now.

Army point cost for tournaments will be, I believe, 200.

The BoLS has a video about army construction in the reference book. Typically games are 200 points, with 1 unique unit per 100, and your usual upgrade restrictions. That's about it.

Tournament rules haven't been posted because the game isn't out yet but I expect them to stick with the 200 point structure. They may, like Armada, go up in points (300) in the future.
