Flechette torpedoes

What I found was that left over squadrons, even just like 1 or 2 activations out of 9 left plus Yavaris and Pelta attacking actually are seriously considered strong 2 ships of damage. (Esp when they roll lucky). So, unless you're hitting the left over core of 4 or so squadrons + Yavaris and Delta with more than 2 strong ships of firepower, you'll actually end up in a trade for general efficiency.

I can say that I've worked with some other players who have been dealing with these FCT stacking fleets and one of the players running this, and it functions in a way that nullifies most generic squadron advice. It really needs to be played against to fully understand what's going on. At least for Imperials there are significant issues in engaging this list under the current rules.

Really? I'm counting over 20 games or so for myself in casual and practice games. Been in a rut trying to break this with a balanced/non-skew list.

So the overall impression I am getting is they work fantastic on Raiders especially with impetuous and Kallus attached. The Rebels don't really have a good ship for them yet but Hammerhead is looking promising. (Who wants to bet the torpedo corvette has two ordinance slots?)

The amount of shenanigans any ship with a weapons team and two ordnance slots can cause makes me hope that this doesn't happen. If it has any semi-reliable ability to get APTs and ACMs on the same shot, the entire meta collapses. Especially for large ships. Then factor in the face-up ram on top of it. It's a nightmare scenario.

Remember, to play against that player at any of his regular locations I have to commute for almost 2 hours one way. And then hope he isn't already in a game.

This is why I don't show up in the south bay much.
