Ancient Knowledge and Local Trouble

By fabiofotomoto, in Imperial Assault Rules Questions

Hi

in Ancient Knowledge skirmish ( R2-D2 map) you can move trough wall thanks tunnels, but can you fire trough too?.

in Local Trouble skirmish ( han Solo map) the VP due strain gained at the end of round for controlling the cantina are momentary? better they are in the player hands only until he control the cantina or once gained are never lost?

thanks Fabio

How are the mission rules worded? If a tunnel allows a figure to be placed on the other tunnel end, it does not allow counting spaces or line of sight through the tunnels.

If VP are gained, they are gained. :D Without seeing the mission rule it's hard to say, but from your post it looks like during each end of round you gain more VP if you control the Cantina.

Hi

thank, here the rule mission:

START OF EACH round: the player with initiative place 2 damage tokens next to the cantina for each Command card in his hand.

End of EACH Round: Until the end of the next round the player who control the Sabaac table ( is a token in the game ) is considered to have 1 additional VP for each damage token next tot he cantina.

the other one:

a small figure can spend a movement point while on a tunnel to place his figure on an empty space containing a tunnel of the same colour

thanks

fabio

VP you are considered having only count towards the 40VP end/win condition. You do not actually have them, cannot spend them, and you are not considered having them if you no longer fulfill the condition (control the Sabaac table at the end of round step of the status phase).

And for the other one - no, you cannot draw line of sight or count spaces through the tunnels. They are only for moving through.

Thanks a lot!!!!!

Otherwise it would say something like "Walls adjacent to the spaces containing a token do not block movement, line of sight, adjacency, counting spaces"... There's a Hoth mission like that. In this case you can only move between them, and only from one token to the other.
