Playing with some fun, gimmicky lists and came up with the following:

Keyan Farlander (43)

Rage

HLC

E2 Mod

Finn crew

Jan Ors (32)

TLT

Inspiring Recruit

Biggs (25)

Total: 100

Keyan throws 6 modified dice at every range using rage, Finn, and Jan to buff. I've been running into a lot of beefy, low agility large ship builds and the idea is to wipe out a lot of enemy points in just a couple shots. The hope is that Biggs lasts long enough to let Keyan get off a few shots- with any luck, enough to eliminate the biggest opposing threat. Inspiring recruit let's Kenyan clear both stress from rage while modifying attack dice. Pretty vulnerable to arc dodgers sadly. Open to suggestions/tweaks. I wouldn't be taking this to a tournament or anything. Thanks for your input.

I like it. I will submit Space Gun Farlander for your perusal, as a similar list, though your Biggs might do a little bit more for his inevitability than that list had, with all the ease of firing that Rage brings.

Up against arc dodgers...I dunno, you're kinda sunk. If you stagger the ships a bit you should be able to either get one arc, or the TLT on dodger, though that won't last long. Maybe try and set things up with Biggs and Jan as blockers in that case? Keyan's five dice should still be sufficient to bring the pain to a blocked Fenn, Soontir, or Inqie

The combination of Finn and HLC on anything is a massive waste of points. 12 points for two cards that don't work together, 13 on a B-wig because of E2 mod

Opportunist is a great way to get Farlander another red die and load him with stress. If you still want to spend another 6 points; Finn does work with Opportunist.

If you want to run a couple of heavy hitters and Biggs, here is a list I came up with a few weeks ago. It played very well although I admit I haven't tried it competitively yet.

40 Nora (29), PTL (3), Tailgunner (2), R2-D2 (4), Vectored Thrusters (2), AO (0)
26 Biggs (25), R4-D6 (1), IA (0)
33 Nera (26), Deadeye (1), Protorps (4), EMs (2), Chips (0)

Nora is a heavy hitter from both arcs and is your endgame piece. Biggs is there to ensure she makes it to the endgame. Nera is there because turreted proton torpedoes that need no Target Lock make life difficult for anyone trying to outflank you. Even with only 2 shots per game, she should be able to make quite a mess and Biggs will help to make sure she lasts long enough to get those 2 shots off.

I don't think Finn works with hlc

Right you are- Finn is good for primary only. Facepalm for me on card reading. I've never used him in a build.

So- if you drop Fin and the E2 mod and swap in opportunist for rage, you can fit an R2 unit on Biggs and Nien Numb on Jan to help her clear stress. FCS on Farlander to help those red dice connect. So you can't get 6 dice all the time but you should have modified 5 die shots consistently. Less yamamoto cannon-y than I originally hoped but I'd still give it a whirl to try to one shot a bumped ace or knock down a large beefy ship quickly. Thanks for the input. Open to any suggestions for different choices on the tweaks.
