Yes I have. It's not just feasible, it's probably better.
Oh, cool. I'll explore other deck concepts then. I have limited card pool, though. I only have core set (2), Mirkwood cycle, OHaUH and TBR. I just got into the game late last year and acquiring packs as they become available locally.
Totally doable. I played through the campaign currently with two-handed decks, and no hobbits (apart from the Bilbo ally in one deck). One is Rohan centred, the other is Gandalf centred.
