We need to start right away because they close at 5pm, so.......
1) all players must come with fleets already assembled ready to go. There will be no time to put ships on pegs, look through your cards to pick them out, put cardboard on plastic decks, etc.... Cafeteria trays work great for transporting stuff around during the tourney.
2) bring a list of your fleet already typed up- you must use a fleet building website or program (I think everyone does this already)
3) bring a lunch or snack. We will only take a 20 min break between rounds 1 and 2. They do sell drinks and candy at the store.
Hope all this helps, and please come prepared. We are not trying to be Nazies but we do want to get all 3 rounds in for everyones enjoyment.
