I realised I haven't actually put any of the rebel ships from the last 2 waves on the table yet, so I decided to see if I can manage to come up with a list using just those 3 ships (this is obviously just for fun, I'm not expecting to win any tournaments with this!)

My thinking is that Norra can PTL, do a 4 or 5 dice attack and add stress with R3-A2, then Cassian can remove the double stress from her at the start of the next round, drop ordinance and take a shot. Rex can add another stress, take a shot and use Slicer Tools as most opponents will only be clearing one stress. All 3 ships are squishy, but I'm hoping that'll be mitigated by the supressive fire condition (posing a dilemma as Rex will be hardest to take out with stealth device and 3 natural evade dice), countermeasures on Cassian and the option for Norra to re-position with vectored thrusters.
