Beautiful. I really love this. Great pictures too, especially the second to last from underneath. Reminiscent of the opening scenes of A New Hope.

I'm not quite sure I get the movement though. It seems to me that if you start with the maneuver template at the back corner, the front end would sweep around to the new heading with little or no forward movement. And if you start with the maneuver template at the front corner, the rear would sweep outward and you would get forward movement at the new heading.

The Omen is going to be the first of a new class of ships that I'm in the process for making full rules for called Capital ships. Capital ships will operate largely the same as huge ships, except with double the number of sections (up to 4 as of now) 3 separate movement dials and abilities that operate from each individual section of the ship.

Capital ships ignore everything that isn't huge or larger and with the unstoppable Capital Ship Only EPT, they also apply a tractor token to all enemy ships within range 1 when they begin or end their move.

The Omen Title allows the ship to cloak each of its 4 sections individually at the cost of 5 energy. This alone is pretty powerful, but is further amplified by the fact that when you decloak, you get that 5 energy back. An excellent way to bank energy in preparation for an onslaught from your primary armaments.

The three movement dials for the Omen are as follows.

Slow Ahead speed is measured from the back corners of the ship and provide the only speed at which the Omen can stop. Minimal options and maneuverability, but if you execute a speed 1 move from the dial instead of the stop, you can transition to a higher speed.

Debilitator-Class-Interdictor-FULL-AHEAD

Full Ahead has the most options and middle of the road energy gain. While at this speed, you can either decelerate to Slow Ahead or accelerate to Flank speed depending on the speed of the move you choose. Speed 1 and you can only either stay at Full Ahead or Decelerate. Speed 2, and you can either stay at Full Ahead or Accelerate.

Debilitator-Class-Interdictor-FLANK-SPEE

Flank speed is measured from the front corners of the base rather than the rear, and allows the ship to make dramatic, sharp turns and its fastest possible forward maneuvers. It's important to note, that you may only decelerate to Full Ahead after executing a Flank speed move and cannot remain at flank speed for longer than 1 turn without forgoing all energy gain and receiving a facedown damage card in all energy-gaining sections. You also may not decelerate to Slow Ahead from Flank Speed without also receiving a face-down damage card to all energy gaining sections.

Neat ideas. I wonder if you should separate the rules about ignoring collisions from this EPT, assuming it's true for all Capital Class ships, otherwise only ships with this EPT would ignore collisions. With a rules reference card you could make it a feature of all Capital ships and maybe even include text about removing the ship/obstacle from the game board.

I dig that. Strange eons doesnt have the option for making rules cards, but I could throw one together in photoshop.

Made Ominous Presence to further dissuade those pesky rebels from getting too close to the Omen. Will be especially nasty with tactician crew!

By the way, I can safely recommend the Acclamator...
