I've been trying to come up with a decent 3 ship list for imperials and feel I have something decent but maybe not as potent as it could be.

Oicunn is quite good here as he can ram for damage and still get Dice mods and vader if needed, Kylo is something low agility ships don't really want to shoot and if they they'll grt hosed with Kylo crits and hopefully score to settle. Wampa is something of a distraction, but also an absolute terror against low Hull ships.

I do wonder of Kylo is worth it. He's not doing much special and Stridan might be better, but them again I'm it really needing to coordinate all that much. He's there for the 4 Dice more than anything. Stridan with baffle and Hux might also do well

You could always trade Kylo for Formitz or SBP with Kylo crew. Gives you access to Kylo, even if people don't shoot at you, and gives you 1 point of wiggle room.

Otherwise, looks like a good list!

You could just toss Kylo crew on Oicunn, and have 35 points to spend on something nasty like Ryad, etc. Also note that vader's crit ability doesn't trigger IWSYTDS, so Vader crew doesn't "fit". Drop him as crew, add rebel captive, and then spend that last 35 points on a standard Vader Tie x1.

Oh I know vader crew doesn't trigger it, he's there for certain aces/clutch moments. I can see how Kylo crew might be a better fit though.

After the FAQ to Targeting Synchronizer I wonder if there's more legs in this build:
