Does the First Strike ability (second row on the right, I hope that is the right name for it in English) count for ALL attacks, or just lightsaber/melee attacks?

Quick strike is a generic talent found in other non-lightsaber/melee trees. So yes, it counts for any combat checks you make against someone that hasn't acted yet.
