I understand how the tittle errata works with overlapping roids and dibris. Is it the same of you manouver template passes over another ship but still finishes it's manouver? For example, I have a jump master in front of me and I k turn behind it.

Maneuver templates alone don't count as an overlap for ships, just obstacles. If your maneuver template clips the base of a ship but you're able to complete the maneuver without overlapping, you didn't overlap the ship and x7 works normally.
