It would be interesting to see the total break down for all the entries. I watched all televised he rounds, in each I think all but 1 had at least 2 Jumpmasters. There were no palp lists broadcasted. the top 32 looked to have a dominate number of scum of which most seemed to be jumps of some sort. It will be interesting to see if the same type of results are in the Naboo lists.

It's not the EPT alone (though deleting it would probably fix things) -- it's the combination PWT, barrel roll, range of great upgrade slots (Scum crew + Astromech is powerful), insanely good dial, all on a very cheap chassis that is the problem.

3 Mindlink lists in Top 4 vs. 4 Rebel lists in Top 8. Naboo had at least 2 Mindlink lists in the top 4. At least they're not all Parattanni?
