If you start out of arc at range one, and get tractor beamed into range one of a ship with snap shot, does snap shot trigger?

No, because snapshot triggers after the enemy ship executes a maneuver. Doing a boost/barrel roll due to tractor beam isn't a maneuver.

So sad.

The forced maneuver from Adaptive Ailerons on a TIE Striker would trigger it though.
