So, just thinking out loud here: now that there are a few more tools in the chest, what's the best way to seek/destroy flotillas? I think a big part of balloon busting is having the ship not be useless vs other stuff/not be too expensive.

Best Flottila hunter? Jendon + Stele.

These two are by far the best that you can get for hunting down a Flotilla.

The double attack, two blue dice and turn a dice to a crit are making Stele really deadly. In best case he Flotilla is gone in the second attack round.

And the best, they working as well against other targets, and are not only against the flotilla.
