If I give Asajj the Crew card of IG-88D and have IG-88C on the board, does the IG-88C ship get Asajj's pilot ability even though the IG-88D doesn't have a mobile Arc?

That's not what the IG-88D crew does. Asajj gets C's pilot ability, but C doesn't get anything from Asajj.

(Reread the IG-2000 title for why this is. Asajj doesn't have the title, so other ships with the title don't get to copy her ability.)

Yeah, I got that. IG-88D still doesn't export the pilot ability of the ship he's on. He only imports the pilot ability of other ships with the IG-2000 title.

Do what the card says. Do not do what the card does not say.

IG88D says "You have the pilot ability of each other friendly ship with the IG-2000 Upgrade card (in addition to your own pilot ability)."

IG2000 says "You have the pilot ability of each other friendly ship with the IG-2000 Upgrade card (in addition to your own pilot ability)."

The ship with IGD crew shares the pilot ability of the ship with IG2000, but this is not reciprocal.
