How does everyone make the cool custom cards?

I always see people make all these cool custom cards and I know there must be a template or something. Can anyone give me a link to a

way to make custom cards? Thanks in advance.

I use L'Atelier Du Faucon, which is in french, but google translate works well enough.

Most people use strange eons, but I don't have it.

Note: L'Atelier Du Faucon does not do upgrade cards, or Scum, or First Order, or Resistance...but it's still fun.

Would be interested in this as well, everyone says Strange eons but I would need a web based solution seeing as I'm limited to a tablet
