There is a new unique card coming with the Hammerhead that uses the new system of double slots, can anyone tell me who that is?

Character from both The Clone Wars and Rebels. Twi'lek freedom fighter now working with the Rebels.

Cham sedulla... from clone wars series... father of the twilek in rebles

It appears to be Cham Syndulla.

In the Rebels episode the Quasar carrier originates Cham helped his daughter Hera steal it for the Phoenix Cell rebels.

What about when he was fighting the Separatists?

Pretty sure a very young Hera was in one of those TCW episodes too,

I think one of the Rebels Recon episodes or otherwise Filoni specifically says neither of the children in Cham's Clone Wars episodes is Hera. Or maybe that was just chat on here. But either way the Cham Clone Wars episodes suggest Hera had/has siblings.

The girl Cham brings with him to steal the carrier though is Numa who was a little girl appearing in a Clone Wars episode.
