Fanatical devotion works with both attacks from a TLT. Jonus + Hux is exactly 25 pts. It's "almost" as if the upgrade was made with that in mind ;-)

Jonus give 1 rerolls per attack to all Aggressor. Hux gives 1 focus to the 3 of them and fanatical devotion makes sure that one aggressor will almost always connect with both attacks.

Hux is 5 points. Can't go on TIE shuttle.

I would do Fleet Officer on Tomax with Cool Hand. It is a fun build but I'm not sure it is super competitive. It is similar to what you want though.

Hux is different because fanatical devotion applies on both TLT attacks and makes one of the aggressor an almost garanteed 2 dmg/round. Not that TLT is hard to hit twice but it could be useful vs high AGI ships.
