A modified version of the Jam action. Call it the Jelly action.
Should Scum get the Jam action in Wave 12?

Either way, unless its on an expensive ship that cant afford to only Jam action every turn, that would shut down any ship w/o recruit and insanely limit one with recruit around.
As someone who's played Epic for a long time, it's never ever been 3 Stress.
Still, Jam is insanely too good for standard play, and it's "cost" is that it's taking up the action of a huge ship (and only affecting one out a dozen ships, not like one out of 2-4).

Am I the only person who finds Space Balls to be deeply unfunny? It was funny when I was nine...but it quickly fades.

No it's not just you. It's amusing but not desperately witty. Parodies often are, they make their bank on fans of the thing being amused by lighthearted pokes at the thing, rather than by actual jokes.

I concur. It strikes me as just the "Scary Movie" series of the 80s, and I can't think of anyone I know who finds the Scary Movie franchise funny. I think the Star Wars-ness of it and nostalgia carry an awful lot of weight to make up for some truly inane jokes.

(which will help curb Mindlink lists)
I don't think it does. As long as 1 ship is executing a green maneuver each turn and able to clear stress, they all get a focus token. Jam will put 2 stress on one ship, but the rest will only receive a single stress, so they're free to move green and take an action. That's why I say you just have to plan a few green maneuvers so that if one gets jammed before the others move, the others can clear the 1 stress, focus, and everyone is happy. Plus, Inspiring Recruit will make it so the 2 stress is easily removed.

Mel Brooks is a lot funnier when you are young. Then you go up, but the movies don't. Except for maybe Young Frankenstein.

I have always thought of it as one of his least good films.
