So after this FAQ came out and nerfed things down a bit, are people still concerned about getting the original x wings back into the meta? I'd love to see people bringing them back out onto the tables!

Do they still need to be tweaked though? I love using them but there are definitely better options for less points.

They will get curbed stomped a little less and as always have awesome pilot combinations and abilities, so they are playable. High tier competitive? I still wouldn't hold my breath. There are better ships that are more efficient

X-wings need something. Preferably an offensive boost.

I'd like to see a title that lowers a targets agility if the target is in arc of another ship with that title. Plus we "need" a generic R6 astromech. My suggestion is the ability to use two modifications if the total cost of both mods is three or less.

Someone has already pointed out the possibility of an Epic pack with Blue Squadron T-65 and a Hammerhead Corvette. I know I should be mad about more X-wing cards in an Epic Pack but I would just be super excited.

It would still be very nice with some new X-wing variants - and there is a bleeping obvious opportunity now with Blue squadron X-wings from General Merrick and down through the ranks..

Start with Janson. Wedge is better than people think. Same with Luke. The X is my main ship. It's absolutely fliable, I beat defenders and ARCs all the time. Just be careful and focus fire. And don't be too disappointed if things fall apart at high tier.

Give them something that boosts their attack or agility, or anyway to make them more versatile! Then they might pop up on more lists?

if Selfless is what it looks like, even Biggs might see less use.. because if you can put a version of his ability on other ships as an Elite, he's not quite as valuable.

Or you pull hits off Biggs onto something lower agi with regen like Nora or Miranda and make him last even longer.

With new opportunities to push around even more fugly pieces of trash dredged up from the dark recesses of an old RPG sourcebook or somewhere I find the idea of using iconic Star Wars ships and pilots instead to be utterly abhorrent.
